Laura Odukoya
Founding Partner
Mrs. laura nike odukoya is an experienced legal practitioner with almost two decades practicing law.
She is a proficient and motivated professional who is versatile in a wide range of demanding and challenging environments.
her key areas of practice include but not limited to property law, arbitration, mediation, litigation and corporate communications.
A year 2006 llb degree graduate of the imo state university, she added the prestigious bl certificate of the nigerian law school, lagos campus and proceeded to obtaining her master’s degree at the university of lagos in 2023.
Her assiduous, highly ambitious and astute mind has propelled her to put together a team of professional, specialists in their respective fields, who provide expert representation and legal advice.
She is extremely instrumental to the development of resourceful and effectual strategies aimed at the success of transactions in which she is involved.
She has a flair for research and documentation and believes in the principle of professionalism. she is often credited as an indispensable resource in various transactions that require in-depth research and critical analysis.

Charles Akuchie
Partner
Mr. charles akuchie is a seasoned legal practitioner with over a decade in legal practice. he is extremely sound and competent; he often hides his competence behind a veneer of humor thus being able to disarm individuals. he has been able to acquire different skills in diverse area of law and administration in both public and private sectors. he is well grounded in a variety of areas, including but not limited to governance and corporate best practices, company law, human rights, real estate transactions and joint venture agreements, government relations and engagement, family law, general litigation, etc. he has a rich analytical mind and arising from same, has appeared in many contentious cases in superior courts all over the country. he possesses good drafting skills and pays attention to details.
he holds an llb from obafemi awolowo university and a bl from the nigeria law school, enugu campus. he equally acts as programmes director on the board of the open society on justice reform project, a human rights advocacy group. he sits as company secretary on many boards in several organisations.
Vitalis Jimeh
Senior Associate
Vitalis i. jimeh is a lawyer duly called to the nigerian bar, who has a decade of practice experience mainly in litigation, especially in matters bothering on land law, business law, banking law, tax law, contract, commercial and transactions law, human rights law, intellectual property, labour and industrial law, family law as well as the prosecution and defence of various categories of crimes.
he is a versatile professional who despite his keen interest in litigation has demonstrated profound understanding and easy navigation of regulatory agencies and procedures, other areas of legal practice including business, company, ngo, copyright and trademark registration and other allied services as well as the investigation of title and perfection of title documents across the various states of nigeria. he is an active member of the nigerian bar association, an avid reader, a lover of politics and a passionate speaker of several nigerian languages including igbo, hausa and tiv.
Peter Ugwu
Senior Associate
Mr. Peter ugwu is a lawyer duly called to the nigerian bar and a senior associate in the firm. he attended university of nigeria, nsukka between 2008-2013 where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in law. between 2014-2015, mr. ugwu attended the nigerian law school and after completing the mandatory requirements, he was called to the nigerian bar and enrolled as a barrister and solicitor of the supreme court of nigeria in 2015.
He worked as a research assistant at the kristabel chambers in festac town, lagos, between 2013-2014. between 2013-2014, he worked as state counsel with the ministry of justice, abeokuta, ogun state in 2015-2016 where he worked as an associate between september 2016 and 28th february 2017, he moved to lagos and worked as an associate with the firm of gloria chambers partners, yaba, lagos. mr. ugwu joined the firm of olasunkanmi m. bolaji &co. as associate counsel. on the 1st day of march, 2017. on the 15th day of january, 2021. mr. ugwu joined reni legal consulting as the managing attorney. his quest for excellence in legal services propelled him to joining the graystone solicitors (barrister and solicitors) from 2021-2023 as a senior associate and finally joined themis legal in october, 2023 as a senior associate where he remains to date.
he specializes in civil, criminal, corporate/commercial law practice, admiralty law and litigation. he has also participated in various numerous election petitions.
he is an active member of the nigerian bar association and a lover of sport who was issued a certificate of effective communication for healthy outcomes by the young african leaders initiative (yali), east africa.
Solomon Nwojiji

Mr. nwojiji is a lawyer duly called to the nigerian bar; he is an associate in the firm who specializes in business law, corporate law, property law and real estate consultancy.
he is resourceful and possesses the ability to evaluate, taking into consideration the protection of clients’ interests and completing tasks within the required deadlines whilst producing professional results.

Christiana Oduniyi
